Follow these instructions to change the date and/or time of your visit.
- To find your order - enter your order confirmation number
- Select all tickets that you wish to exchange and select a new date/time.
- Modifications are only final after checkout. Checkout does NOT mean you will need to pay a fee to make the reservation change.
- The previous ticket(s) will be deactivated.
- You will also receive an email confirmation with a link to retrieve your new ticket(s)
Terms and conditions:
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Modifications to your reservation can be made 24 hours or more in advance of the date and time of your original ticket and changes must be made 24 hours in advance of the new date/time you wish to visit, subject to availability.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
